Mango Logistics Group is made up of three different legal entities. All three companies are registered at Sterlings Ltd, Lawford House, Albert Place, London, N3 1QA.
Mango Operations Limitedregistered in England and Wales under company number 5056425 provides UK next day, International courier, freight and fulfilment services. It also trades under the name “Mango International”.
Mango Couriers Limitedregistered in England and Wales under company number 6813480 provides UK same-day courier services
Mango Storage Limitedregistered in England and Wales under company number 6189347 provides managed storage and warehousing solutions.
Mango Operations Limited is the data controller responsible for this website and any handling of personal data carried out by or on behalf of Mango Operations Limited.
Mango Couriers Limited is the data controller for handling of personal data carried out by or on behalf of Mango Couriers Limited.
Mango Storage Limited is a data controller for handling of personal data carried out by or on behalf of Mango Storage Limited.
Mango Operations Limited, Mango Couriers Limited and Mango Storage Limited sometimes act as joint data controllers and work collaboratively to provide bespoke logistics solutions to Mango Logistics Group’s customers. In order to do so, we share your data within the group.
When we mention “Mango”, “Mango Logistics Group”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company within Mango Logistics Group responsible for processing your data.
The Data we collect from you
As we are a controller, we ensure that your Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and your rights as a data subject are protected. Your Data is always treated as confidential and you can be safe in the knowledge that we will not disclose such informationto a third party for marketing purposes. All Data will be securely logged and kept on our EU based Cloud servers and can be requested by you for review at any time. We do not have any automated processes and we will only keep Data for the purpose of supply of service to you and for good business practice and administration.
The Data you give us may include but not limited to your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and/orany other information necessary to process your requests. This information is retained on our operations database for the lifetime of your contract and for 3 years after it has ended. On our accounting database, your information is retained for the lifetime of your contract and for 7 years after it has ended. All Data will be destroyed or put beyond use once the respective times have expired.
With regards to each of your visits to our website, we may automatically collect the following Data: technical information including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform. We will only take information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); services or products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page. This Data is pseudonymised and only used for website analytics.
We do not give or sell your Data to anyone. We may use third parties to complete your work. Should we do so, we will only do so with companies we have written contracts with, so we can ensure that the people processing the Data are subject to a duty of confidence and they take appropriate measures to ensure the security of processing. Whenever we share your Data we retain responsibility and control of that data.
As a controller, Mango Logistics Group will co-operate with supervisory authorities (such as the ICO) in accordance with Article 31; ensure the security of our processing in accordance with Article 32; keep records of our processing activities in accordance with Article 30.2; and notify any personal data breaches to the ICO within 72 hours in accordance with Article 33(external link to GDPR regulation)
Your Legal Rights
Mango Logistics Group will provide you access and allow you to exercise your rights under the GDPR. We will also assist you in meeting your GDPR obligations in relation to the security of processing, the notification of personal data breaches and data protection impact assessments. We will submit to audits and inspections and provide you with whatever information you need to ensure that we are meetingthe obligations of Article 28. We will immediately inform you if we are asked to do something infringing the GDPR or other data protection law of the EU or a member state.

You can be sure that any Data given to Mango Logistics Group as a processor or controller will be used only for the reason specified and we will only act on your written instructions (unless required by law to act without such instructions). The marketing team for Mango Logistics Group will contact you with information about the group and if you decide you would like to unsubscribe then you can do so at any time by contacting us either by phone (020 7713 2000) or by e-mail (info@mangologisticsgroup.co.uk). We will delete all personal Data to you as requested at the end of the contract.
Nothing within this statement relieves us as a controller/ processor of our own direct responsibilities and liabilities under the GDPR.
