As a result of impressive sustained growth, a results driven Business Development Manager with a positive approach  is required to identify and convert commercial opportunities for London’s leading specialist logistics, same day and international courier company.

The ideal candidate will use their previous successful business development experience, possibly gained from working within the property / lettings / logistics / storage industries, to develop new opportunities and channel partnerships. The successful Business Development Manager will create bespoke ‘end to end’ storage and courier solutions tailored to the needs of the customer. As such the ability to identify and develop new commercial opportunities with both existing customers and prospects is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and motivate clients and prospects through sales excellence and positive energy
  • Own and take responsibility for achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Create relationships with customers and prospects, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Follow and evolve the sales processes, working closely with colleagues to ensure the pipeline remains healthy with qualified opportunities that fit the company commercial focus
  • Work with the management team to ensure a joined up and successful engagement model that drives long term client and company success

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ‘hunter’ experience in a Business Development role ideally within the Logistics / Courier or Commercial Storage industry, or related sector
  • Proven ability to develop rapport and solution sell
  • Results orientated, able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A self-starter with ability to generate prospect opportunities
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicator
  • A positive and energetic phone manner, excellent listening skills
  • Excellent writing skills (provide quotes & respond to tender documents etc)

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join Mango Logistics Group, one of London’s leading bespoke warehousing, courier, and international logistics providers. This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role across our BR5 (Orpington) and SE1 (London) warehouses, perfect for someone with a background in 3PL, B2B and e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop warehouse operations across both BR5 and SE1 locations
  • Oversee daily order fulfilment — from B2B to D2C and wholesale pallet dispatch
  • Drive warehouse development, including layout, process improvement, and onboarding of new clients
  • Implement and manage a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Manage stock control, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Liaise with clients directly, delivering excellent service and communication
  • Supervise warehouse staff: scheduling, performance monitoring, and training
  • Support strategic projects, acquisitions, and process reviews
